2-Step Authentication Available for Agent and Policyholder Portals

Attention agents: 2-Step Authentication (2SA) is now available on the TWIA Agent Portal and Policyholder Portal. It provides an optional layer of security to your account.

2SA can be enabled by adding an email address or cell phone number to your account, so a security code can be sent to confirm your identity when logging in. This guide provides instructions on how to set up this optional security feature. Additional resources and training support can be found on our TWIA Agent Training Center.
