Essential Information:

• TWIA systems will be unavailable starting at 12:00 p.m. (noon) on Friday, April 25
• Complete any open transactions and exit our systems before noon tomorrow
• TWIA systems are expected to be available by 8:00 a.m. Monday, April 28

Dear TWIA agents,

As announced in a previous email, Agent and Policyholder portals are moving to the cloud. Systems will be offline tomorrow, April 25 at 12:00 p.m. We expect our cloud systems to be available by 8:00 a.m. on Monday, April 28.

Actions Needed

• Friday Before Noon: Complete any open transactions and exit our systems by 12:00 p.m. tomorrow, April 25
• This Weekend: Report Claims 24/7 by calling (800) 788-8247
• Starting Monday: Update your bookmarks and saved links
  • Login Links: Bookmark and save the Agent login page for continued access
  • Training Materials: Job aids and a podcast will be added on the Agent Training Center
