The TWIA Agent Requirements & Performance Standards acknowledgment is live on the Agent Portal login page. Please read the Agent Requirements and Performance Standards, as they apply to all agents who offer or sell TWIA policies.

What You Need to Know 
As announced in an Agent Bulletin earlier this month, TWIA has established agent requirements and performance standards as authorized by Senate Bill 2232 and Texas Insurance Code Section 2210.016

  • The standards reinforce and document our current guidelines and expectations for agent conduct, financial responsibilities, compliance, and legal obligations.
  • They do not change how you do business with TWIA.
  • However, failure to meet these standards may affect your ability to work with TWIA.
