Claim Reporting Info for Storms in Brazoria County

TWIA is responding to policyholders affected by storms in the Brazoria County area over the weekend.

Please do not attempt to report claims by fax, email, or US mail.

TWIA policyholders who have wind or hail damage can report claims by:

  • Using the Policyholder Portal
  • Calling our 24-hour Claims Care Team at (800) 788-8247, option 1

Having your TWIA policy number, best contact information, and damage details ready helps the reporting process. 

Agents can report TWIA claims in the Agent Portal.
