Off-Cycle Payment for 6/30-7/6 Commissions

Attention agents: You may be receiving an off-cycle commission payment.

If you earned a commission from June 30-July 6, 2021:

• You will receive an off-cycle payment in three to five business days.
• It will be delivered by the same method you receive your regular commission payments.
• The payment will be a lump sum.

We recognize this payment may disrupt agency accounting processes and are prepared to help however we can. If you need the June 30 amount identified separately, our Agent Services team can provide it – please contact us at agentservices@twia.org. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Why TWIA Is Running an Off-Cycle Payment
Due to technical issues, commissions earned for/on the day of June 30 were not included in check or ACH payments for the month of June. We notified impacted agents on Wednesday, July 7.

To pay commissions for policies processed for/on June 30 as quickly as possible, we are running an off-cycle commission payment. Our systems are unable to isolate the commissions for June 30, so we must include all business processed through July 6.

We are in the process of upgrading our billing system to prevent issues like this in the future. The new system will launch next year.
